Mishka Jacobs LLB

Mishka joined the firm in 2006. Her Practice areas include Land Law, Family Law, Probate and Administration of Estates, Trusts, Banking, Corporate and Commercial, Intellectual Property and Civil litigation.

 

She obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree with honours from the University of the West Indies in 2002, Certificate of Legal Education (LEC) from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad, in 2004, Diploma in International Trust Management from STEP, in 2010 and a Graduate Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), in 2011.

Mishka is a member of the BVI Association of Compliance Officers (BVIACO).

Mishka was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 2004 and in the British Virgin Islands in 2006. She is also a Notary Public and commissioner of Oaths.

Her interests include reading and traveling.
