Mc Namara Corporate Services Limited is licensed under the BVI Banks and Trust Companies Act, 1990 to carry on the business of company management and to act as Registered Agent for Companies Incorporated in the BVI.

It is the wholly owned subsidiary of Mc W. Todman & Co. It assists the firm’s clients in the formation and maintenance of the BVI Business Companies and the provisions of Registered Agent Services.
